Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade to another VPS package?
A: Yes, you can upgrade & downgrade your VPS automatically at anytime via our VPS control panel. There is no loss of settings or service during upgrades/downgrades

Q: How long will it take for my VPS to be set-up?
A: We aim to set-up all managed VPS packages up within 3 hours of you making payment.

 Q: Do you provide root SSH access?
A: As we provide a fully managed service we do not provide root SSH access to our managed VPS packages, however root admin access is provided to Parallels Plesk Panel.
