| Q. | How long will it take for my account to be setup? |
| A. | If you decide to pay using a credit or debit card either through PayPal or our dedicated credit card system your account will be active as soon as payment has been made. |
| Q. | Will my customer’s websites be suspended if we exceed our monthly bandwidth quota? |
| A. | No - If you ever exceed your monthly bandwidth quota we will never suspend your customers websites, we will contact you to either reduce the amount you are using or purchase additional bandwidth. |
| Q. | Do your Reseller Packages support over-selling? |
| A. | Yes, for example your plan could have 1GB space you could have 3 customers with 500Mb disk space in there package, but only use 100Mb! |
| Q. | Does Helm have a built in billing system? |
| A. | Helm Control Panel does indeed have it’s built in billing system, allowing you to easily invoice customers, setup receipts and use several payment gateways. |
| Q. | Will my customers have a control panel to use? |
| A. | Yes, your customers will have un-branded access to Helm Control Panel to manage their websites. You can also customise it yourself with your company logo etc. |
