| Q. | Will my websites be suspended if I exceed monthly bandwidth quota? |
| A. | No - If you ever exceed your monthly bandwidth quota we will never suspend your websites, we will contact you to either reduce the amount you are using or purchase additional bandwidth. |
| Q. | How long will it take for my account to be setup? |
| A. | If you decide to pay using a credit or debit card either through PayPal or our dedicated credit card system your account will be active as soon as payment has been made. |
| Q. | How easy is it to upgrade to another package or reseller account? |
| A. | Very easy! – All upgrades are handled automatically from the billing & client area! |
| Q. | Can I host adult content on my websites? |
| A. | Unfortunately due to the risks involved and as stated in our Terms 8 Conditions we do not allow any adult content to be hosted on our web servers at present. |
| Q. | Can I use IMAP for my email accounts? |
| A. | Yes all our hosting packages come with POP3, SMTP & IMAP email access. Along with webmail via SmarterMail. |
