After all the praise about CS New Media on various business forums, I contacted them and asked for a quote (also about 100 other things as well).
Not only did they come back immediately with a really competitive quote but they have been there every step of the way. Customer service is simply fantastic (and being an ex-mystery shopper I know what I am talking about!) - Although I do have my doubts that any of the staff sleep! I expected to be up all night working but I was shocked that my questions to support were answered so quickly and at such a late hour.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks to CS New Media, but to also highly recommend them. You can't wrong with CS New Media.

”I dont know about other customers but ive been with a few hosting companies before, so my expectations with CS New Media were quite normal.
However, it seems that my expectations were far misplaced. I never expected the support and help that I get regulary with moving databases to different domains, help with my php.ini or even getting answers to the sometimes stupid questions I ask.
Every e-mail I have ever sent gets answered very promptly, and always with help and advice.
Carl and Nick regulary go through the forum and help us customers with our problems, which definatley makes it apparent they havent just added a forum to their site for the sake of it, but more out of the want to generally help and support their customers in as many different ways as possible“

”I've only been a customer of CS New Media for about a month but my experience so far has been very positive. I had some trouble setting up being new to webhosting, but the support team were on the problem within 5 minutes and managed to help me out. CS New Media really seem to care about their customers and I've never seen such dedicated customer support.
The price of the hosting is excellent and affordable, and few other places offer student rates which is obviously useful to students who can't afford the standard prices. They're reliable hosts, and the one time there has been a problem an email was sent out immediately and the problem fixed quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough!“
