All our servers are backed up on a daily basis to an off-site server location within the UK; we backup all data including website data, email and databases. Should you require any of your data to be restored this can be carried out from our own backups at the cost of £15 + VAT.

We do recommend that customers make their own backups on a regular basis using the tools we provide in the web hosting control panels.
