I have been using CS New Media now for my hosting and domain requirements for nearly 2 years, in that time I have never had any problems with the service, when I have had questions or problems I have had excellent and prompt responses from them and they have been honest accurate ones not silly ones just pointing me to a knowledgebase that is out of date or already been searched as with my previous provider. I find that with CS New Media I get a much better level of service, they are honest and up front about what is going on, provide information on updates to the system and explain what happened with something goes does unfortunately go wrong (which happens to all providers as hardware does sometimes go wrong!). In terms of price they are very competitive and I do find that as with many things you do get what you pay for and as such I whole heartedly recommend CS New Media for any domain and hosting requirements and am moving over my domains, web and mail services to them as and when they are due for renewal with my much lesser provider.

I've only been a customer of CS New Media for about a month but my experience so far has been very positive. I had some trouble setting up being new to web hosting, but the support team were on the problem within 5 minutes and managed to help me out. CS New Media really seem to care about their customers and I've never seen such dedicated customer support.

The price of the hosting is excellent and affordable, and few other places offer student rates which is obviously useful to students who can't afford the standard prices. They're reliable hosts, and the one time there has been a problem an email was sent out immediately and the problem fixed quickly. I can't recommend them highly enough!
